睽違 15 年，經典 R&B 女團 TLC 將發行最終專輯，回歸首支單曲「Way Back」！

1991 年成立的美國 R&B 女團 TLC，至今發行過四張專輯，其中有 10 首告示牌 Top 10 單曲，包含 4 首冠軍單曲，並獲得五座葛萊美獎，更以 6500 萬張專輯總銷量榮登史上最暢銷美國女子團體的最佳紀錄。然而她們的音樂計畫在成員 Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes 不幸於 2002 年因交通事故過世後就無限期停擺，留下「No Scrubs」、「Waterfalls」、「Creep」和「Unpretty」等朗朗上口的金曲。

　　沒有歌迷就沒有 TLC，2015 年 9 月時剩下的兩名團員 Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins 和 Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas 在 Kickstarter 平台上發起群募，希望歌迷出資協助新專輯的錄製，感謝這些年來不離不棄的支持。結果沒想到兩天就達到預期設定的 15 萬美金金額，其中 Katy Perry 個人也捐贈 5000 美金，最後共募得 43 萬美金。（*募資網頁）

　　睽違 15 年第五張專輯，也是團體的最後一張專輯，由製作人 Ron Fair 操刀，邀請歌迷參與命名，共同創造 TLC 的歷史，最後確定專輯名稱就叫《TLC》，將於今年 6/30 發行。新專輯忠於過往走 90 年代風格，用復古靈魂樂勾起大家對 TLC 的喜愛，首支 R&B 流行主打「Way Back」請來 Snoop Dogg 饒舌助陣，回味歌頌永遠不變的友情。歌詞提到 Prince、Marvin Gaye、James Brown 和 Michael Jackson，而相信 TLC 的音樂在歌迷心目中也跟這些經典歌手一樣，是永恆的傳奇！
