久違五年，來自美國加州的流行龐克樂團 Blink-182 終於將在今年 7/1 推出第七張專輯《California》，經歷主唱兼吉他手 Tom DeLonge 事件風波後將他踢出樂團，其位置由 Alkaline Trio 的 Matt Skiba 頂替。雖然不是樂見的結果，或許以後也沒有機會再合作，但他們的回歸仍是好事一件。這次專輯將收錄 16 首歌曲，Mark Hoppus 為主唱兼貝斯手而 Matt Skiba 則是和聲兼吉他手，當然還少不了招牌鼓手 Travis Barker 繼續坐鎮，並請來 Goldfinger 的 John Feldmann 擔任製作人。送上首支主打「Bored To Death」，歌詞唱著「Save your breath, I'm nearly bored to death」，彷彿是在對 Tom 說省省力氣做正經事吧，其他團員們都無聊得要死了。這次不再無限期停擺，Blink-182 將繼續帶給歌迷他們的專屬流行龐克搖滾！
