時隔兩年，美國復古華麗女歌手 Lana Del Rey 於 8/30 推出全新第六張專輯《Norman Fucking Rockwell!》，名稱向美國 20 世紀早期偉大畫家 Norman Rockwell 致敬，他的畫作捕捉時代瞬間，記錄當時人們的生活軌跡。專輯名稱同時有美國夢的意思，驚嘆什麼都可能發生，儘管身處如此混亂的文化中，仍有激勵人心的活動在進行。專輯封面由攝影師親妹妹 Chuck Grant 拍攝，邀請演員 Jack Nicholson 的孫子 Duke Nicholson 入鏡。
〈Fuck It I Love You〉是專輯中最後錄製完成的歌曲，有趣地是，創作當時 Del Rey 希望帶一點衝浪節奏並在 MV 加上衝浪橋段，其中鼓聲則取樣她自己 2012 年〈Lucky Ones〉的 Demo 版本；〈The Greatest〉想念過去的美好時光，還有對當今文化與世界變遷的失望，歌詞提及 The Beach Boys、David Bowie 和加州大火等。〈Fuck It I Love You〉和〈The Greatest〉雙單曲被結合連成一部音樂錄影帶，由 Rich Lee 所執導。
〈Doin' time〉夏日翻唱 1997 年美國樂團 Sublime 經典，注入 Lana Del Rey 專屬魔力，Sublime 鼓手 Bud Gaugh 聽過之後更特別表達讚美。〈Doin' time〉MV 靈感取材自 1958 年的電影《Attack of the 50 Foot Woman》。

半小時完成的創作，〈Love Song〉無可救藥編織美麗的愛情幻想；一聽就上癮的〈Cinnamon Girl〉，精神與肉體的折磨，卻病態地讓人迷戀；〈How to disappear〉闡述男人的優柔寡斷，如同消失般，其實一直都在；〈California〉傳達對心愛之人的強烈思念與癡心，只想重溫舊夢；〈The Next Best American Record〉原本要收錄在上一張專輯《Lust for Life》中，重新潤色編入更多音樂元素，彷彿徘徊時空，狂歡直到夢醒。
專輯以連續三首鋼琴曲抒情收尾，〈Bartender〉是寫給酒保的情歌，不需要酒相伴，也有故事發生；〈Happiness is a butterfly〉幸福如抓不住的蝴蝶，不如跳支舞吧，也許等等它就靠過來了；〈Hope Is a Dangerous Thing for a Woman Like Me to Have – but I Have It〉自我揭露，自喻為女詩人 Sylvia Plath，體會那在幸福期待中的悲傷與情緒翻攪。希望是危險的東西，希望是必要的，但不要過度期待。
