加拿大獨立搖滾樂團 Arcade Fire 成員 Will Butler，為主唱 Win Butler 親弟弟，擅長演奏多種樂器且充滿創作才華，曾為 2013 年電影《Her 雲端情人》製作原聲帶，並以此入圍第 86 屆奧斯卡最佳原創配樂獎。他於今年 3/10 推出首張個人專輯《Policy 音樂新方針》，只用一週便錄製完成，共收錄 8 首創作。據本人表示，這是一張很「美國音樂」的專輯，受各領域前輩影響而帶有其特質，如 Violent Femmes、The Breeders、The Modern Lovers、Bob Dylan、Smokey Robinson、The Magnetic Fields 以及 Ghostface Killahz 等，而另外也包括了 John Lennon。推薦首波主打蹦蹦歌「Anna」，鮮明愉悅電子節拍，使人隨之起舞。MV 有兩個版本，原版為 Will Butler 跟著音樂跳著怪怪滑稽舞蹈，新版本由 Brantley Gutierrez 執導，請來替 Sia「Chandelier」編舞的 Ryan Heffington 精心設計，更驚喜邀來好萊塢甜心艾瑪史東 Emma Stone 反差演出，與一群水手共舞，優雅又搞笑，戲味十足。
