　　登山絕對是件辛苦的事，尤其當你還得扛著沈重的負擔，爬上人生的山。不過當你揮汗如雨，越過山頂，看見下坡時美好的風景，你會知道這一切都是值得的。

“走下坡”樂團首支單曲『Over The Hill』，送給正在正山或下山的你。

　　ciacia何欣穗、奇哥、Lisa、黃小楨四個好朋友因為一同參加ciacia「She & Me」專輯的巡迴演出，而有了『走下坡』樂團的形成。他們不只是說說而已，而是在很短的時間內，就完成了第一首單曲—「Over The Hill」，由Lisa譜曲，ciacia填詞，小楨和奇哥負責其他製作工作。

「詮釋一個角色，無論說什麼做什麼都是我的選擇，
