I work for an awesome company that makes news videos. I have put my entire life into this job, but my boss only cares about quantity, how fast we write and how many views each video gets.

I believe it's more important to focus on the quality of the content. When you learn to improve this, the views will come. Here is a little video I made explaining my feelings.

（中央社台北30日電）在台灣1家動畫公司上班的席佛林（Marina Shifrin）上傳1段影片到影音網站YouTube，藉此告訴她的老闆她要辭職，這支影片的點閱率到今天晚間已超過26萬。

「哈芬登郵報」」（The Huffington Post）報導，根據影片，25歲的席佛林於凌晨四點半，一邊在辦公室跳舞，一邊描述自己離職的確切原因。

她表示：「近2年來，我為了這份工作犧牲了人際關係、時間與精力，但我的老闆只在乎工作量和每支影片的點閱率，所以我為自己下了1個決定。」



席佛林接受「哈芬登郵報」訪問時說，台灣的工作環境和美國相去甚遠，不僅沒有午休時間，老闆還經常變更她的工作計畫與職責。在主管未能幫助她後，她決定錄製這段影片。

她說：「我知道這隱含風險，但我從未明白說出我的公司和老闆，我的意思是，你們有看到我跳舞嗎？有誰會那麼當真。」

席佛林說，她的下一步是先回到美國，再尋找重視創造力和員工的工作。
