Coldplay 於 5/7 推出 Synth-pop 單曲〈Higher Power〉鼓舞人心，由 Max Martin 製作，將收錄於全新第九張專輯中，名稱及發行日期未定。音樂錄影帶邀請南韓舞團 Ambiguous Dance Company 以外星人全息投影的方式舞蹈演出，Coldplay 更將影片送到身處國際太空站的法國太空人 Thomas Pesquet 那頭，連線完成「宇宙」首播。
