Rachel Fannan 化身 The Bomb，再次搖滾爆發！

來自美國加州的創作女歌手 Rachel Fannan，父母親都是鋼琴老師，成為她的音樂啟蒙。有著古典音樂的深厚底子，早期用 Birds Fled From Me 化名發表歌曲，以愛為主題在 2008 年發行個人首張專輯《Deeper Lurking》，帶有細膩情感的獨特嗓音，很有冰島音樂精靈 Björk 的感覺。

2007 年時受邀加入迷幻搖滾樂團 Sleepy Sun 擔任女主唱，個人也和英國 Trip Hop 雙人組 UNKLE 合作，貢獻許多精彩作品，更為 Dum Dum Girls、J Mascis 與 the Arctic Monkeys 的演唱會開場嘉賓。因團員理念不合等種種因素，2010 年 Rachel 退團自行組了復古樂團 Only You，推出「Applying Myself」與「Love Is Making Me Tired」等單曲，並在各地展開巡迴演唱。

2012 年她為知名相機品牌 Canon 演唱廣告插曲，重新演繹 1864 年的優美經典「Beautiful Dreamer」，本支廣告贏得當年艾美獎 Creative Arts Emmy Award 的最佳廣告獎。

Rachel 近年四處表演教唱，享受演出的樂趣，但仍不忘持續創作。喜愛 Dinosaur Jr. 和 Black Sabbath 的音樂，在今年與朋友共組三人樂團 The Bomb，自己兼任主唱與吉他手、Ryan Qualls 擔任鼓手以及 Deanna Streffer 擔任貝斯手，之後將推出全新 EP，由製作人 Harlan Silverman 操刀，收錄六首歌曲展現搖滾態度。送上首支叛逆主打「Teenage Tomb」，如團名一樣，Rachel 要將這幾年累積的能量一次爆發！
