莫文蔚 Karen Mok「看看世界巡迴演唱會」在今年 5/1 來到義大利米蘭開唱，當時邀請黎巴嫩裔英國創作才子 Mika 擔任神秘嘉賓，一同演唱他的經典對唱歌曲「Stardust」。此首歌原本是 2012 年 Mika 專輯《The Origin of Love》中收錄的輕快流行獨唱曲，2013 年他與義大利版歌唱選秀節目 X Factor 第六季冠軍 Chiara 錄製抒情合唱版本，並拿下當年單曲榜冠軍，之後收錄於 Mika 的首張精選輯《Songbook Vol. 1》。

何時能再見你一面？這次演唱會合作，Karen 和 Mika 兩人一見如故，因此決定將「Stardust」重新混音製作成單曲，於 5/20 全球同步數位發行。在交換對歌曲的想法時，原本就喜愛中文的 Mika 提議可以加入中文歌詞，而 Karen 立即聯想到她 2014 年發行的專輯《不散,不見》，便以此為靈感加入一句中文歌詞「我們不散不見」，呼應原英文歌詞的「When will I see you again?」，如此巧思讓 Mika 深感滿意，東西激盪擦出甜蜜火花。
